Kindly note that Elpis Mykonos Apartments is a small family business operating since 2013. We guarantee your booking exactly as described on our website and will do everything possible to make your stay pleasant, comfortable, and memorable. You can also view our guest reviews on Airbnb, where we have proudly hosted guests since 2013.
To secure (block) your dates, a non-refundable prepayment of 30% of the total booking price is required. This deposit can be made via bank transfer or IRIS payment (bank details below).
Please note:
Booking dates cannot be modified unless Extenuating Circumstances* occur (see below).
The remaining 70% of the booking total must be paid upon check-in. Please make sure you have the exact amount available.

By blocking your dates, you agree to send the non-refundable deposit within 48 hours to the following bank account:

After completing the transfer, please send proof of payment (bank receipt photo) via WhatsApp to +30 694 723 5372 or by email to [email protected].
Your booking confirmation will be sent after payment verification.
If payment is not received within 48 hours, if proof of payment is not provided, or if the amount sent is less than the required deposit, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
Please ensure you send the exact 30% deposit amount as communicated during booking. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. If the exact deposit amount is not received, the booking will not be valid.

*Extenuating Circumstances
This policy applies to unforeseen events beyond your control that make it impossible or illegal to complete your reservation. Guests affected by such events may cancel and receive a travel credit equal to the deposit amount for a future stay (for example: no available travel connections to Mykonos, or a serious medical emergency). Legal documentation is required.
